It’s always a pleasure to work with Marco y Maria. Since our first collaboration for the bridal collection of 2017, we have continued to do great things together, although the latter has a very special character.

On september 7 the Botanical Garden of Puerto de la Cruz surrendered to the Tenerife company in a tribute to it’s twenty five years. There paraded the collection that will dress the brides of 2019 and we could see at the Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week inspired by the poem “The last rose of summer” by Thomas Moore, Marco y Maria once again made us travel through the seasons in an unparalleled setting.                                          For us it was an honor to contribute our bit to this tribute with our pieces and headdresses, which complemented the wonderful dresses of the firm. All our pieces are made by hand, using artisan techniques of goldsmithing to créate headdresses like those we could see on the catwalk. Pieces that lead from the roses and floral motifs of spring, to the Golden tones of summer or orcher and copper of autumn to Winter tones, with glacial compositions of stars and corals touches full of volumen and movement that became the perfect way to pay our little tribute to one of most important firms in our country.

As a canarian by birth, I always have my origins in mind and for me it’s a souce of pride that Marco Marrero and Maria Diaz have made their signatura a benchmark on the island, as well as inside and outside our borders.

Thank you for your talent and for continuing to do such beautiful things together.
