Shipments:
Shipments are all made with DHL Express.
Domestic Shipments cost EUR 8. For orders over EUR 250 the shipping costs will be free of charge (except Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands).
Delivery times are between 24 and 48 hours on business days (Mon-Fri).
Shipping costs to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, are EUR 18 (for packages up to 2kg), this may vary depending on the value of the order.
Delivery times are 3 to 7 business days (Mon-Fri).
For international shipments, the expenditure corresponding to each country will be automatically calculated once you’ve select the country during the purchase process on our website. These may vary depending on the value of the order.
Delivery times will vary from 5 to 10 business days, depending on the country of destination.

Customs
The management fees or customs taxes which may be incurred, must be remidied by the recipient at their own expense. These charges are NOT included in the product price or shipping costs.
Each country has its own customs management fees, which will be accepted by the recipient.
These conditions are accepted with the realization of the purchase.

Shop pickup
If you have placed an order with the option of “Store Pickup”, we will contact you once the order is ready so that you can pick it up in our atelier in Málaga.

Orders and returns
You will receive an email with a confirmation of your purchase once you’ve completed the purchase process.

All our pieces are made on request and will be ready for shipment between 2 to 4 weeks, depending on each jewel.

As it is a handmade product and made to order exclusively for each customer, no exchanges or returns are excepted. So please consider this before making your purchase.

If you have already completed the purchase and have selected the finish and color of crystals and want to make a change on this selection, please get in touch with us on within the next 2 days after the purchase via email or whatsapp.

Manufacture
All our pieces are made in our atelier in Málaga, Spain one by one, by hand and with a limited production – so the small natural imperfections are its hallmark and make each product unique.

Processing materials.
All our pieces are elaborate in brass, or brass and silver, swarovski and Czechs crystals, and finished in 18k gold plated or sterling silver plated.
Some pieces have two-tone finishes, combining gold and silver plated.
